Seven programs, ages 3 to 70+. Every class is structured, coached start to finish, and designed for the level it serves. No one gets lost, no one gets left behind.
The first step onto the mat. Tiny Champs teaches your child to listen, focus, follow instructions, and fall safely — the foundation that shapes everything after it. Classes are structured around games, movement, and positive reinforcement. No experience needed.
This is where Jiu-Jitsu starts to click. Little Champs builds discipline, confidence, and real self-defense technique. Your child learns to solve problems physically and mentally — how to stay calm under pressure, how to defend themselves, and how to respect the people they train with.
Juniors is where kids start to really own their Jiu-Jitsu. They learn real techniques, build friendships through training, and develop the kind of quiet confidence that shows up at school, at home, and in everything they do. Classes balance structure with fun — your kid will work hard and look forward to coming back.
Our midday class is open to every adult on the mat — white belts training next to brown belts. The curriculum covers fundamental and intermediate techniques with live drilling, so you're always learning at your pace while being pushed by the people around you. The best hour of your day, every day.
The starting point for every adult who walks through our door. Adults Basics covers the core curriculum — the positions, escapes, submissions, and movements you'll use for the rest of your training. Classes are structured, patient, and coached the entire time. This is where your journey begins.
For students who've earned their blue belt and are ready to sharpen their game — plus white belts who compete. Advanced classes focus on chain attacks, positional strategy, and competition preparation. The pace is faster, the rolls are harder, and the coaching goes deeper. This is where good grapplers become dangerous ones.
Same academy, same coaches, no kimono. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu focuses on wrestling-based takedowns, body locks, and submission grappling without the traditional gi. Ideal for anyone interested in MMA-style grappling, or who just wants to train in rash guards and shorts on a hot Florida day.
Every Saturday we run two classes back to back — kids first, adults right after. Drop your kids off for their class and stay for yours. The whole family trains in one morning.
